Ground Worker

Job Description

Salary: $20-22, dependent upon experience.

Russell Tree Experts is currently hiring for our Ground Worker position. This entry level position is excellent for an individual with a passion for the outdoors and an interest in furthering their knowledge of arboriculture.

A day in this position will have an employee setting up and taking down work zones, dragging brush, chipping brush, ensuring work zone safety, raking, cleaning up after tree operations etc. and more.

Candidates for this position should be enthusiastic and able to take direction and function as a member of a team.

Candidates should possess:

Drivers License and clean driving record required - CDL privileges preferred

Attention to detail

Genuine interest in arboriculture

Excellent communication skills

Safety First Focus

Enjoy working as a team in varying weather conditions

Willingness to travel

Able to begin working within 1-3 weeks of offer
