ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Technical Support
Provide Appliance Technical Support to Homeowners, Outside Sales, Dealers and Service Providers
Parts Support
Dispatch and Follow Up on service authorizations to providers
Record and Update Service Log in HubSpot
Incoming Calls
Create, Distribute, Assign Service Request Forms
Communicate Service Updates
Locate New Service Providers as Needed
Add and Maintain Servicer Account Information (Hub Spot & Zen Locator)
Special Projects as Needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 1-3 years experience, preferably with Appliance Warranty Support and a knowledge of refrigeration is a plus.
An Associate Degree is preferred but not required.
Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of incoming calls.
Must be able to prioritize workload in an organized fashion.
Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors in a professional manner.
Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Excel and Word.

Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm
