This role puts you at the forefront of New Product Introduction (NPI), where your metrology expertise will ensure flawless execution from concept through production. With a focus on Calypso programming, youll develop cutting-edge measurement processes, contribute to quality assurance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities

Program and optimize CMM systems using Calypso software to meet rigorous quality standards.

Perform detailed dimensional inspections to validate components and assemblies.

Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to establish and maintain measurement protocols.

Analyze inspection data and provide actionable insights to enhance product quality.

Address metrology challenges during product launches, ensuring seamless integration.

Develop and refine procedures to improve measurement efficiency and reliability.

Maintain, calibrate, and select appropriate metrology equipment to support production needs.

Mentor and train team members on metrology techniques and technologies.Recommended Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in CMM programming, with advanced proficiency in Calypso.

Comprehensive understanding of GD&T, dimensional metrology, and inspection methodologies.

Experience in New Product Introduction or similar manufacturing environments.

Skilled in using precision measurement tools and analyzing complex data.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in quality assurance processes.Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a technical field such as Engineering or Manufacturing.

Industry certifications or specialized training in metrology or quality systems.
