As a Site Superintendent, you'll be the on-site leader responsible for day-to-day field operations. From coordinating crews to ensuring timelines are met, you'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure seamless execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and communicates with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to keep jobs on schedule
Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, budgets, and timelines
Enforce safety protocols and ensure job site cleanliness and compliance
Conduct daily walkthroughs, create punch lists, and proactively resolve issues
Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for clients, inspectors, and team members
Collaborate with project managers and office staff on scheduling, materials, and change orders
Perform hands-on repair work as needed to keep production moving
Track daily progress and maintain accurate project documentation
Qualifications
5 or more years of residential construction experience, including supervisory or lead carpenter roles
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades on active job sites
Strong understanding of remodeling and residential building systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Effective communicator with clients, teams, and vendors
Tech-savvy enough to use project management or field software (training provided)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Russian/English bilingual preferred, but not required
What We Offer:
Full time position
Competitive salary at $70,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience
