As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of our construction team. Your primary mission is to allow Construction Managers to stay focused on high-level production oversight by managing project logistics, documentation, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Redmond with ample room for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Attend pre-production meetings with clients, architects/designers, and trades (as needed)
Assist in preconstruction by assembling spec sheet data, timelines, and job details
Create project binders and coordinate the procurement of long lead time items
Provide bi-weekly cost-to-completion budget updates
Organize and maintain project files in Houzz and Google Drive
Assist with drafting and managing change orders
Track inventory, label products, and ensure documentation is updated
Manage job costing entries in Buildwise and Builder Bookkeep.
Support production by updating logs and coordinating client-facing schedules
Communicate with and schedule subcontractors; distribute necessary documentation
Coordinate permitting and utility needs
Procure materials following established SOPs
Schedule and collect project photography upon close-out
Finalize warranty documents and ensure clients receive the project manual
Support final billing and financial close-out of projects
Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients
Exhibit leadership by providing constructive feedback and clear direction
Act as a brand ambassador for Emerald City Construction, upholding our white-glove service standards
Contribute to team culture by mentoring others and promoting operational efficiency
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a construction project coordination or administrative role
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Chief Architect, BuilderTrend, and/or Stack CT preferred
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Bilingual (English/Russian) is a plus
Reliable transportation to our Redmond office is required
What We Offer:
Full time position
Competitive salary at $22 to $40 per hour, based on experience
