As a Metrology Engineer specializing in CMM programming and New Product Introduction (NPI), youll be instrumental in ensuring product quality and driving innovation. Develop and optimize CMM programs using Calypso software to support NPI and production operations.

Perform precision dimensional inspections to validate components, assemblies, and processes.

Partner with engineering and quality teams to establish measurement strategies.

Analyze inspection data and generate reports to inform product improvements.

Solve complex metrology challenges to support seamless product launches.

Enhance existing measurement processes for accuracy and efficiency.

Manage and maintain metrology equipment, ensuring peak performance and reliability.

Mentor team members on metrology techniques and best practices.Recommended Qualifications

Proven expertise in CMM programming with advanced skills in Calypso software.

Strong knowledge of GD&T, dimensional inspection, and quality assurance principles.

Experience supporting New Product Introduction or similar manufacturing initiatives.

Hands-on proficiency with precision measurement tools and data analysis.

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills in metrology applications.Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Certifications or specialized training in metrology or process improvement methodologies.

Experience in industries like aerospace, automotive, or medical devices.
