Were looking for a dedicated Cruise Reservations Agent to support travelers in planning and booking cruise vacations. This remote position is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in selecting and reserving cruise packages that meet their travel preferences, budget, and timeline

Offer expert knowledge of cruise lines, cabin categories, dining options, and shore excursions

Manage booking logistics, including payment tracking, changes, and special requests

Communicate with cruise vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely arrangements

Provide ongoing support and follow-up throughout the clients travel journey

Stay updated on travel trends, cruise line policies, and promotional offers
