ERP/CRM Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Developer to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to meet organizational needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Salesforce platforms and other cloud-based solutions to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions for ERP and CRM systems, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.

• Develop, configure, and manage Salesforce platforms, including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Community Portal.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.

• Integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

• Utilize cloud technologies to create scalable and secure solutions.

• Perform client-side scripting and interface design to enhance user experience.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP and CRM systems.

• Manage user authentication and access control using tools like Active Directory.

• Support loans and grants management processes through system customization.

• Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to ensure optimal system performance.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP and CRM development.

• Proficiency in Salesforce Administration, Configuration, and Development.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in enterprise solutions.

• Familiarity with client-side scripting and integration techniques.

• Knowledge of Active Directory and user authentication processes.

• Experience with loans and grants management systems is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
