Job Description
Set up and operate profile extrusion equipment, ensuring efficient and smooth production processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as they arise, and maintain a high level of performance and safety.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate profile extrusion equipment.
Monitor the extrusion process to ensure quality output.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
Maintain and clean machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.Essential Skills
Profile extrusion machine operation experience.
Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience with machine setup and tooling.
Ability to maintain and repair machinery.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mid-level machinery maintenance experience.
Manufacturing troubleshooting experience.

Work Environment and Shift
Work in a 140,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility with fans, providing a comfortable environment.
Be prepared for a fast-paced and sometimes high-stress work setting.
2,3,2 schedule (every other weekend off)
12.5 hour shift- 6-6:30 shifts (AM/PM)
1/2 hour lunch with 2 15 minute breaks
Shift differential- Offered
openings on AM (6am-6:30pm)
openings on PM (6pm-6:30am) Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
