Job Description
Farm Laborer -- Weekly PayPay: $17 - $20 per hour
Assist in planting, pollinating, harvesting, threshing, shipping, weeding, preparing fields, preparing seed sampling, detasseling, rogueing, and other field and seed activities related to crops and fields. You may drive a company vehicle to bring materials and equipment to and from work sites/fields, and/or a seeder and thresher.
Responsibilities
Planting, pollinating, harvesting, threshing, shipping, weeding, preparing fields, and seed sampling.
Detasseling, rogueing, and other field and seed activities.
Operating a tractor, combine, harvester, sprayer, or thresher.
Driving a company vehicle to transport materials and equipment.
Maintaining and improving the farms and assets.
Supporting the Safety program by adhering to safety policies and attending safety meetings.
Performing additional duties as assigned.Essential Skills
Ability to lift weights over 25lbs.
Prolonged standing and handling repetitive tasks.
Ability to perform tasks at waist level and below.
Ability to read and write to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
Adherence to SOPs and site safety requirements.
Functioning as a team member and taking direction from supervisors and managers.
1-3 years of experience in general labor, construction, or farming.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
