Job Description

Our client, a premier NYC hospitality company, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Controller to oversee the accounting infrastructure and reporting across the organization.

Responsibilities of this position will include:

· Leading all accounting functions including A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and GL management

· Managing month-end and year-end close, ensuring timely financial reports

· Maintaining strong internal controls and financial policies

· Streamlining accounting processes in a growing, multi-faceted business

· Liaising with auditors and tax advisors during fiscal year-end reviews

· Supporting CFO with financial analysis and performance insights

· Developing and delivering client invoices and P& L statements per contract terms

· Empowering GMs and operators with financial data and KPI tracking to drive profitability

· Evaluating and implementing financial tools to enhance reporting and automation

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

· 10+ years of experience, preferably with a Hospitality background

· Advanced MS Excel skills

· Excellent communication skills
