Hybrid position

We are looking for an experienced Network Architect/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco technologies, including Cisco DNA, ACI, SDN, and SD-WAN, as well as hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing network solutions that enhance performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement network architectures utilizing Cisco DNA, ACI, and SDN technologies to optimize performance and flexibility.

Deploy and manage SD-WAN solutions to improve connectivity and enhance user experiences across distributed environments.

Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco routers and switches, ensuring high availability and optimal network performance.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues using network management tools and protocols.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess network needs and deliver effective solutions.

Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in network engineering.

Strong expertise in Cisco DNA, ACI, SDN, and SD-WAN technologies.

Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches (e.g., ISR, Nexus).

Familiarity with networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Relevant Cisco certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are a plus.

Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Cisco Prime).

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
