Senior Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to Senior Leadership to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external customers pertaining to Operations Leadership Team
Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
Travel Arrangements
Manage expenses and reports.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
Provide support in various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Previous experience supporting senior leadership preferred.
Ability to work at a fast pace, multi- task and pivot
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
