Job Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Reno, Nevada. The role involves comprehensive support services within the IT industry, ensuring efficient operation of computer hardware, Citrix technologies, and Cisco technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and troubleshooting for Android Development issues

• Manage and maintain Dell Technologies

• Utilize Cisco Technologies for network maintenance and issue resolution

• Implement and troubleshoot Citrix Technologies

• Maintain computer hardware to ensure operational effectiveness

• Utilize Active Directory for managing user accounts and access

• Provide support for Apple Devices within the organization

• Implement and maintain Backup Technologies for data security

• Carry out Configuration Management tasks in accordance to the company's standards.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role

• Proven expertise in Android Development

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies

• Strong knowledge of Citrix Technologies

• Experience with Computer Hardware

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies

• Proficiency in Active Directory

• Experience with Apple Devices

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies

• Proficiency in Configuration Management
