Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst III to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Miami Gardens, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing business operations, designing processes, and supporting decision-making through insightful research and reporting. This position focuses on ensuring software quality through rigorous testing, collaboration, and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit.
• Design, modify, and implement business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare and execute detailed test cases, documenting test procedures and results.
• Perform manual and automated software testing to identify and report defects.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to address issues and improve software functionality.
• Develop and maintain test scripts to ensure processes meet quality standards.
• Analyze software performance under different conditions and recommend optimizations.
• Lead medium to large-scale special projects that contribute to business improvement.
• Create comprehensive reports and documentation to support project outcomes.
• Apply standardized tools and methodologies to ensure consistent and accurate analysis.• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve software issues.
• Proficiency in test management tools such as Jira and Qmetry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and mainframe systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey findings and collaborate with team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to document test cases and procedures clearly and comprehensively.
