We’re looking for a go-to problem solver and behind-the-scenes superstar to join our team as a Facilities Support Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in keeping things organized and operational, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when something needs fixing.

This role is the perfect mix of administrative coordination and light hands-on maintenance. You’ll be the right-hand support to our Regional Facility Manager, helping things run smoothly from vendor management to minor repairs—and everything in between.What You'll Be Doing

On the admin side:

Help manage day-to-day facility operations (think work orders, vendor scheduling, and supply procurement)

Keep budgets and financial reports tidy and on track

Support maintenance scheduling and team coordination

Make sure meetings, special events, and even room reservations run without a hitch

Keep up with reports, audits, and all the other things that keep our team looking sharp

On the hands-on side:

Pitch in on light maintenance: hanging whiteboards, tightening furniture, changing bulbs, etc.

Assist with small plumbing or electrical fixes (nothing too wild—we’ll train you!)

Help with furniture moves and setups

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Occasionally hop on a Hi-Lo (we’ll show you how if you don’t already know)What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in facilities, property management, or similar roles

Strong customer service instincts—you enjoy helping people and solving problems

Comfortable juggling tasks and staying organized without someone looking over your shoulder

Solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook)

Great communication and a team-first mindset

Able to handle the physical stuff—bending, lifting, reaching, etc.Why You’ll Love It Here

Pay Details: 24.00 per hour
