Income Corporate Actions Specialist
As part of Lombard Odier Technology and Operations Services (Europe) subsidiary, particularly its Income team (11 persons), you will be responsible for preparing and booking mandatory corporate action payment events and ensuring the reconciliation between client’s and market payments.
YOUR ROLE
Collect and verify the information received from custodian and data vendors about upcoming corporate actions for all the group’s clients (BPO included)
Process the different steps of the payment (check the entitled positions, withholding taxes, compliance, and risk sanctions)
Reconcile all client payments vs market payments on the different internal and nostro accounts
Ensure the payment of all the claims related to pending transactions and lent positions
Claim the tax adjustments to our custodian on the US market
Check the ownership of Tefra D issues and send the certification to the custodian
Manage structured products taxation
Liaise with bankers and other departments
Deal with client inquiries
Take active part-in IT projects linked to the activity
YOUR PROFILE
Professional Maturity from a business school or apprenticeship in a bank
Intermediate-level Excel skills
Basic Tax knowledge will be appreciated
Maintain a cooperative and mutually supportive mindset
Utilize organizational skills and prioritize tasks among daily requirements
Show enthusiasm for improving and embrace changes
Be keen to learn
Fluent in English (level B2) and French
