Financial Controller Opportunity: Established Retail Brand, Torrance, CA

We are seeking a qualified Financial Controller to join a prominent retail brand, supported by a large, global parent company. This role presents an opportunity to lead accounting teams within a rapidly expanding organization.

The Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and contributing to the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead accounting teams across multiple brands.

Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Contribute to strategic financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller.

3+ years of relevant experience in the retail, consumer goods, or food industry.

Experience managing financial operations within organizations with revenues exceeding $250 million.

Proven ability to lead and develop direct reports.
