The Role
Manage and expand key international accounts across Europe, driving sales growth.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify and pursue new distributors
Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams
Implement account-specific sales strategies and promotional plans
Support new product launches with market insights
Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance analysis
Attend trade shows!
What We Need From You
Proven experience in international sales or account management, within FMCG, consumer goods, or retail
Commercial acumen with understanding of pricing and promotions
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in sales analysis
Self-motivated, collaborative, and proactive
Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different time zones - there is 20–30% international travel in this role!
