Business Development Manager

A paramount leading tier 1 contractor based in the South West are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their business and continue the growth & development of this outstanding contractor.

Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:

Proactively Seek out and pursue new business opportunities and avenues.

Drive and develop the business in alignment with their growth plans and business strategy, also implementing throughout the business with the senior leadership team

Support clients and key framework contact as business point of contact representing the business model and ambitions forming long standing relationships

Provide market and competitor intel keeping up to date with latest trends, legislation's and developments

Key attributes for the Business Development Manager:

Previous experience working within a construction sector is fundamental along with leading market knowledge within the construction industry

A network of successful industry relevant relationships

Proactive nature and strong communication skills will steady well

Strong background using CRM software would be advantages
