Do you have experience with general maintenance within a retail setting?

Do you have an understanding of HVAC/site services and building maintenance?

MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Retail Business on the search for a Regional Maintenance Manager. This is a perm role based in Exeter.

Key Responsibilities:

To attend / analyse maintenance issues across multiple sites in the region

To manage contractors for relevant issues

To have a good understanding of contractor costs and be able to negotiate the best rates

To have a good understanding of engineering to enable sufficient negotiation

What are we looking for?

Facilities maintenance experience

Engineering background

Contractor management experience

Salary circa £40K
