Store Manager Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to consistently deliver high levels of customer service

Drive retail performance and sales through effective team management and operational excellence

Oversee and manage key retail KPIs including P&L, stock control, and audit procedures

Keep the team updated on technical product knowledge to assist with customer enquiries

Create a store environment that showcases the brand's outdoor products and promotes a positive shopping experience

Report to the Area Manager on performance, sales, and team development

Experience & Qualifications:

A passion for the outdoors and a love for outdoor products is essential

Proven retail management experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor

Strong commercial awareness and the ability to analyse retail trends, sales, and competitor activity

Track record of driving retail sales and improving store performance through excellent leadership

Experience with managing KPIs, P&L, and team development

Fashion retail experience is a plus, but not essential - we value passion and dedication!
