Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for insurance claims, recoveries, and payments
Maintain accurate records and claim files
Liaise with internal teams, insurance companies, brokers, and solicitors
Assist with data entry, reporting, and document management
Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What we’re looking for:
Previous administration experience, ideally within an insurance or claims environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Calm, structured, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
