The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Program Manager to support our government customer located in O'ahu, Hawai'i.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide oversight for all IT and Infrastructure Operations

Engage with key stakeholders, including COR, partners, and team members to gather requirements, communicate progress, and address concerns.

Track status of ongoing projects and plan for upcoming projects

Create process documents for work centers standardizing and improving efficiency.

Improve and balance the process for disaster recovery plan

Organize internal meetings to facilitate improved communication.

Provide information related to upcoming changes or interruption of service notification

Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to make informed decisions.

Implement utilization of technology to streamline existing processes

Oversee the procurement process for equipment and materials

Ensure material and equipment inventory supports operations and maintenance as well as current and future projects.

Oversight of all areas of the program and specifically for performance of services of:

Baseline NEC Services including:

Service Area 700 – Automation Directory Service

Operate and maintain classified and unclassified installation Organizational Unit (OU).

Database Administration Services

Desktop/Software/Peripheral Support Services

Server Administration

Data Network Services

Automation and Network COOP and OPLAN Support Services

Automation and Network Service Support.

Unclassified Network Management

Service Area 701 – Communications Systems and System Support -

Telephone and Data Infrastructure

Telephone Firewall

Telephone Switch Operation Services

Telephone Emergency Communications/Telephone Services

Installation Infrastructure

Communications Facilities Planning

Plan circuit installation and maintenance services

Service Area 703 – Cybersecurity

DoD Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Service

Risk Management/Authorization/Assessment Policy Services

Defensive Cyberspace Operations

Network Protection

Network Security Monitoring

Network Security Incident Response and Reporting

Network Security Sustainment

Business and Plans Services including:

Logistic Support - Material and Equipment Procurement

Transportation

Property Management

End Item Documentation

Physical and Operational Management

Theater-level Support

Power, HVAC, and Grounding

Preventive Maintenance

Checks, and Services, System, Facility, and Network Documentation

Communication Facility Management

Rack Elevation Creation and Documentation

Physical and Personnel Security

Other duties as assigned, by Supervisor.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) graduate

Certified Information Security System Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager or Cyber Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)

ITIL certification within three (3) months of contract start

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Must have experience managing resources, projects, schedule, and budget for communications infrastructure projects.

Must have experience overseeing and managing unified communications.

Must have five (5) or more years of project/program manager experience.

Must possess effective supervisory skills and ability to clarify team purposes and goals, build team commitment, strengthen collective skills, and work approaches and ability to analyze and ensure that effective and accurate procedures are in place.

Ability to lead a team successfully through project-driven schedules to deliver high quality outcomes based on stated performance objectives, proven leadership, and interpersonal skills.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
