Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Wire Molder and Crimper to join our dynamic production team. In this specialized role, you will be responsible for shaping and crimping wire harnesses to precise specifications, ensuring the quality and functionality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate specialized machinery to mold and crimp wire harnesses according to detailed instructions and blueprints

- Perform quality checks to ensure wire harnesses meet established standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols

- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies

- Assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed to support the overall operation

Qualifications:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar wire harness production role

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Working Conditions:

Occasional need to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.Protective equipment, such as safety glasses and gloves, will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate of $14 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
