URBAN is seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice both aesthetic medicine and functional wellness, with the flexibility to grow from part-time into a full-time leadership position.

The ideal candidate is someone with strong technical skills, a love for patient-centered care, and a desire to work in an innovative, boutique practice environment. A background or passion for both aesthetics and functional medicine is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Aesthetic Medicine:

Perform aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.

Administer injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP/PRF, etc.).

Perform laser and energy-based treatments (IPL, resurfacing, hair removal, skin rejuvenation, etc.).

Recommend and prescribe skincare and medical-grade products tailored to patient needs.

Stay updated on aesthetic trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain clinical excellence.

Document treatments accurately in compliance with HIPAA and practice protocols.

Functional Medicine:

Conduct wellness and hormone optimization consultations.

Create and manage treatment plans for hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, weight loss programs, and general health optimization.

Interpret laboratory results and adjust treatment protocols as needed.

Educate patients on lifestyle interventions, nutraceuticals, and wellness strategies.

Collaborate with the URBAN team to provide holistic and integrative care plans.

Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate license in Arizona.

Aesthetic injection and/or laser certification and hands-on experience required.

Functional medicine training or experience preferred (or strong interest with willingness to train).

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, skincare, and wellness principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional bedside manner.

Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping clients achieve optimal results inside and out.

Ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team culture.

Strong documentation and EMR proficiency.

Hours:

Part-time initially (2-3 days/week).

Transition to full-time (4-5 days/week) as patient volume and demand grow.
