About the Opportunity

A top-tier general contractor is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial projects typically $30M$50M+ in scope. Candidates with athletic facility experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in the fieldowning coordination, safety, materials, and daily team execution. Youll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Project Manager to deliver high-profile projects on time and on budget.

What Youll Do

Lead day-to-day site operations on complex commercial builds

Review and manage coordination drawings (Bluebeam proficiency required)

Coordinate materials, field logistics, safety, and subcontractor performance

Track material lead times and ensure jobsite readiness

Host daily and weekly subcontractor and foreman meetings

Manage inspections, code compliance, and permit processes

Oversee documentation and ensure accuracy of as-built drawings

Train and mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers

Drive jobsite cultureprofessional, proactive, and safety-focused

What You Bring

25+ years of superintendent or field leadership experience on $30M+ commercial projects

Experience with athletic facilities or podium/wood frame construction is a plus

Proficiency in Bluebeam and understanding of field coordination

Track record of leading high-performing teams on deadline-driven projects

Strong site presence, communication skills, and team-first mindset

10-Hour OSHA Certification (required); CPR/First Aid (preferred)

Willingness to travel if needed for project coverage
