Join a team that values accuracy, insight, and initiative. Fibersmith is looking for a Senior Accountant with 10 years of experience to lead complex accounting tasks, support financial strategy, and help drive operational excellence.

What Youll Do:

Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close

Prepare and review financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Ensure compliance with GAAP and assist with audit preparation

Identify and implement process improvements

Mentor junior accounting staff and collaborate cross-functionally

What Youll Bring:

Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

10 years of progressive accounting experience

Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Experience in multi-entity environments a plus
