Salary: Compensation based on experience

Scott Electric has a current opening at our Greensburg, PA branch for a Full-Time Monday.com Support, M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm. This position reports to the ERP Manager.

Job Summary:

As a Work Management & Collaboration Software Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and maintaining project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet, Asana, or Microsoft Planner) within a growing organization. This role is critical as the company prepares for an ERP implementation, ensuring smooth communication, task tracking, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate has experience in collaboration platforms, workflow automation, user training, and process optimization to ensure efficient project execution during the ERP rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Administration & Optimization (35%)

Configure and maintain the work management and collaboration tool(s) based on organizational needs.

Optimize workflows, templates, automation, and integrations with other business tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams).

Ensure security settings, user roles, and permissions are correctly assigned.

Manage system updates and troubleshoot performance issues.

2. User Support & Training (30%)

Provide first-line support to employees using the platform for task tracking, project collaboration, and communication.

Conduct training sessions, create documentation, and develop best practices for tool usage.

Assist teams in configuring dashboards, reports, and automation to improve productivity.

3. ERP Implementation Support (20%)

Work closely with the ERP Project Manager to track project progress, milestones, and tasks within the collaboration tool.

Assist in documenting workflows, approvals, and communication plans during the ERP rollout.

Ensure alignment between work management software and ERP implementation phases (e.g., requirement gathering, UAT, training, go-live planning).

4. Process Improvement & Reporting (15%)

Identify opportunities to improve task tracking, workflow automation, and cross-department collaboration.

Create dashboards and reports to track productivity, project status, and collaboration efficiency.

Gather feedback from users and continuously enhance system usability.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

2+ years of experience in IT support, business applications, or work management software administration.

Hands-on experience with at least one work management tool (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet, Asana, Wrike, or Microsoft Planner).

Strong understanding of task automation, integrations, and workflow optimization.

Ability to train users, develop best practices, and document processes effectively.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Must submit a background check and drug testing

Preferred:

Experience in supporting ERP or digital transformation projects.

Familiarity with APIs, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar integration tools.

Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Strong Excel, Power BI, or reporting experience for data analysis.

Success Metrics:

User Adoption: High engagement and satisfaction with work management software.

Efficiency Gains: Reduction in manual tracking efforts and improved visibility into tasks and deadlines.

ERP Project Alignment: Effective use of collaboration tools to support ERP planning, execution, and communication.

Issue Resolution: Fast turnaround time for system support and troubleshooting.
