RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducts geotechnical investigations and analysis to assess soil properties, stability, and foundation design for various projects.

Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop geotechnical engineering solutions that align with project objectives, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

Prepares detailed engineering designs, calculations, and specifications for geotechnical aspects of projects.

Performs geotechnical field inspections, monitoring, and testing to ensure compliance with design specifications and construction quality.

Liaises with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to address geotechnical engineering-related inquiries, concerns, and challenges.

Stays updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in geotechnical engineering.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the relevant jurisdiction.

Proven experience in geotechnical engineering, including foundation design, soil mechanics, slope stability analysis, and ground improvement techniques.

Strong proficiency in relevant software and tools for geotechnical analysis and design (e.g., AutoCAD, Geo5, LPile, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in complex geotechnical situations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
