What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our Operations team, you’ll:
Optimize Plant Performance
Monitor and improve daily operations to ensure system reliability, safety, and quality.
Lead Process Improvement
Drive site-wide enhancements using GAP analysis, Zero-Based Analysis, and time studies.
Support Engineering Projects
Maintain flow diagrams and support capital and expense project implementation.
Ensure Quality Compliance
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions for consistent product excellence.
Champion Safety
Participate in safety initiatives, incident investigations, and technical reviews to promote a safe workplace.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with Operations, R&D, Quality, and more to troubleshoot and launch new processes or products.
Step In When Needed
Serve as a relief shift manager to maintain continuous operations when required.What You’ll Bring:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (required).
Experience: Entry-level acceptable; 2–3 years in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication
Problem-solving and project management
Microsoft Office, SAP, AutoCAD, and Minitab proficiency
Attributes: Detail-oriented, collaborative, safety-focused, and ready to grow.Physical & Work Environment:
Frequent exposure to plant environments (wet floors, noise, temperature variations)
Must be comfortable with physical tasks like climbing, maneuvering in tight spaces, and occasional lifting
