GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Competitive base salary range + incentive bonus plan participation

Open to candidates that are based within our national footprint near a major airport in the Dallas, TX area

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Participate in the month end close process, analyzing results, and ensuring accuracy

Participate in monthly financial review meetings with the leadership team

Create and update reports, dashboards, and design and track KPIs.

Be involved in various projects as required and prepare ad-hoc analysis for Finance Manager as requested

Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets

Working closely with the Director of Finance facilitating the day-to-day financial operations of the company

Connects to various internal and/or external data sources to acquire data.

Discover data issues, find solutions, and recommend actions to prevent future failures

Analyzes sales and financial results by collecting, monitoring, and studying data

Develops/modifies reports for operations and finance based on changing business needs

Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions

Other duties and projects as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, data analytics, or related field.

3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the restaurant, franchise, or national chains industry

Advanced Excel and Power Point skills along with familiarity with the rest of theMS Office 365 suite

Demonstrated strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet demanding deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivated learning abilities

Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Office (with strong excel experience), Microsoft Access experience a plus!
