Job Purpose: To accurately capture, monitor, and manage employee attendance using the Jarrison Time & Attendance system.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily employee time and attendance via the Jarrison Time system Ensure accurate capturing of clock-ins, clock-outs, overtime, and shift schedules Investigate and resolve discrepancies such as missed punches and system errors Update work schedules, shift rosters, and leave data in the system Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for HR and Payroll Coordinate with supervisors for attendance approvals and supporting documentation Maintain accurate records of leave, absenteeism, and overtime Handle timekeeping-related queries from employees Always ensure data confidentiality and integrity Provide support during payroll processing Assist with onboarding and training of staff on clocking procedures Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations Perform any other related administrative duties as required
