Worksite Location: Sartell, MN
Salary: $85,000- $110,00 annually depending on experience
What you’ll do as the NetSuite Administrator:
Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring it meets business needs
Provide system administration, user support, and troubleshoot login/access issues
Monitor NetSuite updates, communicate changes, and oversee testing in Sandbox environments
Develop and optimize saved searches, workflows, SuiteAnalytics datasets, dashboards, and reports
Provide day-to-day technical support, resolving NetSuite functionality and configuration issues
Identify, document, and resolve system bugs, collaborating with developers for complex issues
Maintain and support NetSuite integrations, including with systems like Pacejet, Avalara, and DotSolved
Prepare system reports for audits and compliance, ensuring data integrity
Coordinate and perform testing for system updates, enhancements, and integrations
Participate in system upgrades, module implementations, and process improvement projects
Perform regular audits of roles, permissions, saved searches, and reports to ensure clean system performance
What you’ll bring to the NetSuite Administrator role:
3-5 years of related NetSuite experience as an Administrator or in a technical role
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; NetSuite Administrator certification is a plus
Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP, workflows, saved searches, and user management
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external developers
High level of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
Familiarity with SuiteScript, NetSuite customizations, and multi-subsidiary environments is a plus
Understanding of basic manufacturing concepts, such as blueprint reading, BOM structure, and revision control
