Insight Global is looking for 6 help desk technicians for a client in Birmingham AL. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tier 1 Help Desk Support professional to join our healthcare facility's IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing IP addresses, replacing monitors, and providing first-level technical support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Technical Proficiency:

Basic understanding of IP addressing and network configurations.

Proficiency in using and configuring monitors and other peripheral devices.

Knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications.
