We are currently seeking an experienced System Administrator who shares our passion, enthusiasm, and dedication to transforming lives.
Position Summary:
The on-site System Administrator will be responsible for all areas of the company’s computer systems and individual user needs. The responsibilities extend from day-to-day technical assistance to planning and maintaining the infrastructure. This position includes on call availability.
Primary Responsibilities:
Build, install, manage and support servers, laptops and desktops
Manage and support virtualization environments
Manage and support backup environment
Manage and support storage environment (SAN, NAS, DAS, iSCSI, etc.)
Maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP, DNS, print services, users and scripts
Remote Desktop and Remote Assistance
Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Office, Entra, Intune) Administration
Some network management, including installing and maintaining routers, switches, wireless controllers, wireless access points and firewalls
VPN support and administration
Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external users & manage helpdesk tickets
Replacement of PC/Laptop and transfer of files/documents/software
Manage inventory / assets
Generate highly detailed documentation
Other technical duties as assigned

Education/Certifications:
4-year college degree or equivalent on the job experience & training preferred
Relevant certifications or experience
Work Experience:
5 years of experience in all areas identified in primary responsibilities preferred
