Oracle Fusion ERP Business Analyst

We're looking for a Oracle Business Analyst Join our food manufacturing client's team to drive the successful implementation and continuous enhancement of Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, and WMS solutions! We're seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion ERP Business Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams, streamline business processes, and deliver the right solutions to support our critical initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

* Work with stakeholders, analyze and document Oracle Fusion ERP improvements.

* Translate requirements into functional specs.

* Work with IT for system setup, perform testing: unit, integration, UAT, troubleshoot issues.

* Support data migration, mapping, cleansing, and maintain master data.

* Develop and deliver training and provide ongoing user support.

* Create reports and dashboards using OBI tools. Analyze data for insights and decisions.

* Assist in project planning and execution. Communicate status, risks, and issues.

Required Experience:

* 5+ years as Business Analyst in ERP systems.

* Requirements gathering, process mapping, workflow analysis, specs, use cases, user stories.

* Oracle Fusion ERP experience in ERP, SCM, WMS.

* Implementing, configuring, optimizing Oracle Fusion ERP.

* Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion apps, security, integration, reporting.

* Data migration to Oracle Fusion ERP.

* Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP modules: financials, procurement, order management, manufacturing, inventory, project portfolio.

* SQL, PL/SQL for analysis and reporting.
