We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Project Leader to lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CRM solutions, with a strong focus on Salesforce.com and Epicor CPQ. This high-impact role involves managing the entire project lifecycle-from platform evaluation and vendor selection through to deployment-while engaging directly with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

This role is REMOTE with some travel to Chamlin, MN once or twice per quarter.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end software selection and deployment for CPQ and CRM solutions.

Evaluate and compare platforms (Salesforce.com, Epicor CPQ, and others); manage vendor assessments, demos, and selection.

Collaborate with sales, IT, marketing, operations, and leadership to gather requirements and align strategy.

Present solution options and recommendations to stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Oversee project planning, timelines, resource management, and risk mitigation.

Ensure successful deployment, integration, and user adoption of selected platforms.

Drive change management and act as a strategic advisor on sales technology and process optimization.Qualifications:

Proven experience with Salesforce.com CRM and CPQ implementations, particularly Salesforce.com and Epicor CPQ.

Strong background in enterprise software evaluation, vendor selection, and deployment.

Experience with additional CPQ platforms (e.g., SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ, etc.) is a plus.

Familiarity with project management tools.

Knowledge of systems integration, data migration, and software configuration best practices.

Exposure to change management and user training strategies.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum, Salesforce) preferred.
