Key Responsibilities

Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Take ownership of projects and make critical decisions when necessary.

Design, develop, and maintain web applications and associated services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends.

Deploy updates and fixes, ensuring optimal functionality of websites without the need for extensive scalability.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Laravel developer or similar role.

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).

Strong knowledge PHP and the Laravel Framework.

Ability to build APIs in Laravel to support headless front-end applications.

Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).

Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS).

Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience working in an agency environment or similar fast-paced setting.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
