• Leads in the development of complex, tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and Unisys offerings, often incorporating emerging technologies.

• Works with sales, product development and engineering teams to align proposed solutions with business objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal client outcomes.
• Oversees and contributes to preparation of technical responses for RFPs and RFIs, ensuring competitive and technically sound submissions.
• Evaluates potential risks, ensuring that solutions comply with operational standards, security protocols and applicable regulations.

Manage, use and maintain IT/technology architecture models and create a client specific strategy and innovation roadmaps
As Client CTO, you serve as a trusted advisor to the customer in technology related matters.
Work in partnership with the client executive and operational teams to identify new opportunities to expand our portfolio of contracted services.
Drive internal offering & capability development to meet client needs. Provide feedback and input whilst working with our portfolio and capability units.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend Proof of Concepts, Proof of Value and other solutions that contribute towards building a business case for the customer in respect of new, enhanced or different technologies that would serve its purposes better.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations
Strong background in Field service delivery, technology, methodology and provide thought leadership in this area of our industry.
Provide technical direction to delivery on key projects. Maintain and establish strong partnership with all IT operational teams.
Work with broader Unisys presales function to develop, shape and ultimately propose new solutions and opportunities for the customer environment.
Innovation & Leadership
Drive and coordinate the Applied Innovation and Service Excellence programs
Be an ambassador for the Unisys Service Lines, educating both the Unisys Account teams and Client personnel on the Unisys future strategy, service roadmaps and overall solution architecture
Contribute to the technical dimension of Account Plan and produce annual account technology roadmap
Communicate and contribute with the Service Lines on issues identified from field observations, client feedback and technical communities (e.g., Case Studies)
Identify continuous improvement opportunities across the processes, procedures, and delivery practices for the Services we provide, with the aim of creating Value.
As a Client CTO you will maintain key relationships with the Global Solution Architecture team and contribute to team meetings, technical evaluations, training, capability development and critical artefact review. Assisting your peer group with technical proposal reviews or evaluations whilst also offering any technical leadership, guidance and mentoring as appropriate.

Drive up client satisfaction and identify new opportunities to increase client value
Technical single point of contact and primary Unisys technical representative
Work with Client C suite to ultimately deliver Unisys growth
Projects & Change Management
Analyze and manage customer requirements, and work with the project/change team to develop project plans and associated documents needed to deliver the solution
Be responsible for the overall solution integrity and design of new services and solutions proposed to the two clients
Work with the Change/Project team
Communicate and publicize results and success, both externally with the Client and internally
Communicate solution architectural design and service specifics to Client stakeholders
Qualifications
Fluent English language skills with experience in English language IT Service Delivery or Presales
Experience as technical lead for a major technology implementation or technical project / program
Bachelor degree in a technology related field or equivalent experience
Consultative selling knowledge/experience
Ability to understand specific client business operations, strategies, objectives, and needs. Translating these into requirements and the basis for compelling solutions.
At least 15 years’ experience as an IT Architect, CTO and Innovation leader
Sound experience in working with large IT Infrastructure service delivery.
Driven, self-motivated and distinctive personality who is able to motivate himself and others
Curious, hands-on and pragmatic character
Strong know-how in Microsoft technology
Strong know-how in Digital Workplace and the subcomponents required to deliver a modern digital workplace
Excellent communication skills in English
As the role will entail working with multiple clients and regular travel is required.
Must be eligible for Security Check (SC) level security clearance.
