Business Analyst

ob Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with over 2 years of experience in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven insights. You’ll act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications or user stories.

Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.

Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Work closely with developers, testers, and product managers to ensure requirements are met.

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live activities.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar

Ability to write BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
