Job Summary:
The Manager, Global Process Lead, [Product Supply Planning/Source to Pay/Production Execution/Warehouse Management], will lead end-to-end process and system design with the ability to identify gaps between the current and new SAP platforms, set the requirements and own the design for the new global solutions and processes in S4 HANA. This role sits within the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence team and works closely with the Business Process Owners, Super Users, D&T support team, and S4 HANA Project teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct Super User meetings for process area
Assess Super User effectiveness; coach for capability building
Develop User Acceptance Testing; facilitate testing activities with Super Users
Build and maintain training materials
Identify process and system improvement opportunities
Escalate issues, identify root cause and corrective actions to enhance process controls
Drive action planning: Plan and execute break/fixes, enhancements and project milestones per plan
Champion and drive end-user adoption of SAP solutions in the organization
In partnership with Business Process Owners (BPOs), develop goals and objectives related to process area
Drives internal and external research and application of best practices within process area
Acts as the ambassador for measurement, accountability and a disciplined approach to process improvement
Drives collaboration across functional and geographical boundaries as required by enterprise wide, end to end, cross functional processes
Interpret and draw insights from ticket trends and create corrective/preventative action plans
Promote a culture that embraces system-driven solutions

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, computer science, data analytics, statistics, or related field; or equivalent work experience required
Work Experience:
Minimum 8 years (Mgr) in pharmaceutical services manufacturing or similar industry required
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience in process improvement techniques and methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
Previous roles in process harmonization, analytics, data mining, and process governance
Strong Knowledge of and experienced user of ERP tools such as SAP, S4 HANA, SAP BI,
Deep Experience in process area [Product Supply/Source to Pay/Production Execution/Warehouse Management] execution and processes
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation
Possesses strong organizational and prioritization skills
Can articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Superior problem-solving abilities; applies good judgement
Can work effectively with all levels of management and staff
Flexible; embraces change, possesses a positive attitude
Licenses and Certifications:
Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)-APICS preferred
Lean Six Sigma Certification-IASSC or Agile preferred
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred
Travel Requirements:
10%: Up to 26 business days per year
Physical Requirements:
