Are you someone who can:
1.Process incoming or outgoing customer calls, and sell FNB Insurance products to clients via the call centre.
2.Contribute to cost efficiencies through responsible utilization of work-related resources.
3.Achieve expected financial targets and uphold associated service levels. 4.Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards. 5.Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards.
6.Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and adhere to processes and procedures related to area of specialization.
7.Ensure operational excellence through the delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards.
8.Achieve sales and new client acquisition targets to contribute to profit and growth of business.
9.Perform inbound and outbound sales action to ensure growth of the insurance client base.
10.Maintenance of expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedure, processing, and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant product and service targets.
11.Identify and utilize opportunities to assess and improve own performance.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
Have a grade 12
Have 1-3 years of experience in an insurance and administrative environment
