As a Brand & Customer Manager, you will be responsible for leading the therapeutic area and are engaging all internal and external stakeholders with passion and vision. You will also play a key role in inspiring your coworkers in order to propose the best possible solutions and achieve best possible results.

Key responsibilities include:

Collect customer insights and run market analysis for a clear understanding of the market landscape, customers and competitors

Create/develop and monitor execution of Strategy and Tactical plans with appropriate KPIs

Lead cross functional teams in respective therapeutic areas

Forecasting accurately

Monitor sales performance and track expenses according to Promo budget

Deliver brand communication assets and key solutions towards all critical customers and stakeholders exploiting all critical F2F and digital channels

Support access to our products in the market by developing solutions to our company in close collaboration with Market Access, Trade Channel, KAMs or any other relevant teams

Education & Experience / Skills:

University master's degree (Medical, Pharmacy)

English business basic and Ukrainian language proficient

Entrepreneurial and Growth- mindset

Strong business and financial understanding
