We're seeking a highly motivated intern with a passion for data analysis, computer networking, and AI/LLMs to help us uncover insights from support ticket data and drive strategic product improvements.
In this role, you'll work at the intersection of product management, technical operations, and AI-driven analytics. You'll analyze support tickets using advanced tools, including AI/LLMs, to identify patterns and recurring issues within the Wired Assurance category. Key Responsibilities:
Use LLMs and AI tools to extract insights from large volumes of support ticket data.
Identify common failure patterns, root causes, and high-impact problem areas across Wired Assurance cases.
Create consumable reports, dashboards, or summaries that effectively communicate trends to PLM and Engineering teams.
Recommend and prioritize focus areas to help reduce ticket volume and improve customer experience.
Develop scripts or automation pipelines to streamline analysis.
Present findings and product impact opportunities to cross-functional stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
Strong foundation in computer networking concepts.
Experience with automation scripting and programming (Python preferred).
Hands-on experience or coursework involving LLMs and AI-based data analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to explore both structured and unstructured data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills - must be able to turn technical insights into strategic recommendations. Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree candidate in Data Science or Computer Networking.
Familiarity with LLM tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face).
Experience with data visualization platforms or tools (e.g., Pandas, Power BI, Tableau).
Interest in product management and understanding of how data influences product decisions.
Minimum Salary: $84,000.80
Maximum Salary:$120,750.55
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $84,000.80 and $120,750.55/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
