Benefits/Perks: * Competitive Pay * Paid Vacation and Holiday * Performance Bonus * Ongoing Training Opportunities A Successful FASTSIGNS Inside Sales / Graphic Designer Will: * Be the initial contact with current as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center * Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders * Enjoy being involved in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans and be intimately involved in the success of the FASTSIGNS Center * Work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business * Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long term clients.

* Prospect for new business and network for sales opportunities * Sell a unique, exciting product line that changes by the minute - completely based on customer needs and desires * Create computer-generated full-color graphics and/or vinyl output that can be printed and mounted to a substrate or weeded, cut and applied * Complete or modify designs from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media * Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style and size of type, and arrange layout based upon available space, aesthetic design, and production requirements.

* Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to output.

Ensure correct material is used for each job and output device settings are accurate * Maintain customer logo library; convert graphic files Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Graphic Designer: * 1-2 years of graphic design experience * High School diploma or equivalent * Proficient in Adobe Illustrator * Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and has the ability to build relationships * Ability to prioritize jobs, multi-task, and work autonomously * Determine the best output method based on the customer's needs * Sit and view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more) * Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work Do you enjoy working with people?
