Key Responsibilities:

Processes invoices from receipt, reconciliation to initiating approval processes using an automated payments system (Basware).

Uses Excel to identify and code expenses to charge back to cost centers.

Reconciles BBH PO and Non-PO invoices to appropriate BBH requests and supporting documentation.

Monitors and reconciles Basware for approvals and payments.

Provides adhoc reporting as requested by internal clients.

Interfaces with external and internal clients and management in day to day processing.

Collaborates with Cost Accounting Team, IT Finance and Controllers in delivering monthly reconciliation and reporting of Systems expenses.

Works with System Cost Accounting Analyst, Vendor Contracts, Approving managers and vendors.

Communicates and addresses billing discrepancies with Vendors and internal managers.

Works with Systems managers during relevant approval process.

Responds to vendor and internal CA/Manager inquiries.

Works independently and can analyze and solve problems

Knows when to escalate to Team Leader

Education and/or relevant experience(s)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field desired.

1-2 years Accounting or Finance exposure/experience in Systems/Technology environment.

Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.

Understanding of financial planning process (invoice payments, accruals, forecasting, charge backs).

Ability to prioritize competing deliverables and manage through high volume of invoices.

Knowledge of System infrastructure (Software, Hardware, Maintenance, Telecom, Professional Services, hosted services).

Ability to think analytically, identify and solve problems. Strong, Verbal, and written communications skills.

Professional proficiency in German, French, or Polish a strong plus.
