Description:

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, HUMAN RESOURCES

ROLE OVERVIEW

The EVP of Human Resources is a strategic, hands-on executive role responsible for assessing and establishing human capital strategies and implementing human capital change management initiatives within a high-growth, private equity-backed company. This leader will be tasked with assessing the current HR landscape, quickly identifying gaps, and implementing high-impact, scalable solutions that support both short-term performance and long-term growth. Reporting directly to the CEO and working in close partnership with the executive team and private equity stakeholders, the EVP will play a pivotal role in preparing the organization for a potential transaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive team, translating business goals into a proactive, people-focused HR strategy.

• Lead the execution of HR due diligence and integration efforts in partnership with private equity during a transaction process.

• Establish and track data-driven KPIs that inform decision-making, drive accountability, and support performance improvements across the business.

• Promote a high-performance culture through leadership development, coaching, and well-defined expectations across all levels of the organization.

• Assess and restructure the HR function and team, identifying and closing capability gaps to build a best-in-class HR organization.

• Drive implementation and optimization of HR systems including UKG, Quantum, and Excel-based analytics to support business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• You are a Proven Pioneer: You bring 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive role. You've successfully led through transformation, including working with global teams, and know how to turn strategy into execution across a growing, international workforce.

• You have Hands-On Experience: You have worked within private equity environments, playing a direct role in M&A transaction processes, due diligence, and post-acquisition cleanups. You’ve built or restructured HR teams and know how to align people strategy with operational goals.

• You are Learning Agile: You quickly assess team dynamics and organizational challenges, adapting your approach to move things forward. Familiarity with Quantum and UKG is a plus, and advanced Excel skills are a must - you can distill data and tell a compelling story with it.

COMPENSATION

A meaningful compensation package will be developed for the successful candidate that includes a base salary plus performance-based bonus.
