Project Manager
Description:
Responsibilities: Projects will range from commercial, mixed use and residential
Ensure project performance
Ensure project clarity regarding scope, budget, schedule
Ensure quality
Ensure communication & documentation
Pre-Construction - Attends project Handoff Meeting with Estimator, project super and Project Executive (see checklist)
Responsible for coordinating submittal approvals with Project Coordinator & Client
Scope Change: Works with construction team to understand cost and schedule implications
Scheduling
Post-Construction
Participate in post project review
Available for any project specific questions that may arise after construction
Works with Warranty Team to resolve any project issues
Essential Skills
High school diploma, college degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years Project Supervision experience on similar projects

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
