Architectural Drafter

We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in drafting and design, utilizing AutoCAD, and Revit.2 + years of AutoCAD Architecture and Revit experience in residential construction Ability to read construction plans, good math skills (geometry, area and volume calculations) An understanding of the structural elements of homebuilding Ability to read plan redlines and develop designs in AutoCAD and Revit Knowledge of residential construction techniques and materials Required: AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, Microsoft Office, Internet Initiative Detail oriented and organized Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Sensitive to deadline and time restraints Monday-Friday$45k-$55,000 per year salary plus benefits!Required Preferred Job Industries * Other
